Meet the Team Helping You Evaluate Private Real Estate
A Guide for Your Private Real Estate Decision
PGSI gives accredited investors a guided way to explore potential income and diversification through residential and commercial real estate—without managing properties themselves.
Private Real Estate Shouldn’t Feel Impossible to Evaluate
You may recognize the potential benefits of real estate but have no interest in finding properties, managing renovations, dealing with tenants, or operating another business.
Even when you find an investment opportunity, it can be difficult to understand the strategy, risks, terms, and people responsible for managing it. We believe you deserve clear information and direct access to the fund manager before making an investment decision.
Meet Joshua Snead
Founder & Fund Manager
Joshua Snead founded Purposive Growth Secured Income Fund to help accredited investors evaluate real estate opportunities through a more personal, transparent process.
Joshua and his investment team focus on identifying residential and commercial properties where renovations, repositioning, or improved operations may create additional value. His role is to guide investors through the opportunity, answer their questions, explain the process, and provide the offering documents needed to make an informed decision.
Our Approach to Real Estate Investing
PGSI evaluates real estate projects based on their specific business plans, financial assumptions, market conditions, and potential risks.
- Identify the Opportunity. Evaluate residential and commercial properties that may benefit from renovation, repositioning, or improved management.
- Develop the Business Plan. Establish the proposed acquisition, financing, improvement, and operating strategy for each project.
- Manage the Investment. Coordinate the property-level work while providing investors with access to available documents and updates.
Every investment involves risk, and results cannot be guaranteed. Our responsibility is to give qualified investors the information and access they need to decide whether the opportunity is appropriate for their objectives.
A Commitment Beyond the Property
Joshua’s mission is to build a multigenerational legacy for his family while helping other families pursue their own long-term financial goals.
PGSI also seeks opportunities where improving real estate can positively affect the surrounding neighborhood and community. We believe a thoughtful investment strategy can consider investors, properties, and the communities in which those properties operate.
